Couple met in UAE 5 years ago while they both were at foreign employment and fell for each other and traveled to Nepal together and married. They had 2 sons in four years. Unfortunately Jiwan lost his younger brother and father during those years while spending all his money and selling his only property for their health care. Now Jiwan is the only one able to to earn a living for his entire family, a sister, mother, 2 sons, Joya and himself. Joya missed her family and wanted to visit them in Philippines but couldn’t afford the cost. frustrated by their poverty and stress, their relationship was in danger and sometimes they had small arguements. One day a so called social worker in Chitwan took Joya and and their children into her Shelter Home while Jiwan was at work. He tried to get back his wife and children but he wasn’t allowed to meet his family. Four months passed until one day he found out that his wife and children were sent back to Philipines without any documents, citing a rescue by that shelter home named Ideal Home. Thus the two Nepalese children became undocumented as they were sent to the Phillipines before their parents registered their birth legally in Nepal.
