These wild card entries are truly wild and have managed touch a new low.Racism slur, pee splattering, contestants spitting on each other to allegations of sexual advances-we have seen it all. Show creator Ryan Murphy confirmed the real life inspiration behind American Horror Story: Hotel in an interview with EW: "There was a surveillance video that went around two years ago that showed a girl getting into an elevator in a hotel that was said to be haunted … and she was never seen again."

The hotel has numerous strange suicides to its name, which is frightening enough in itself... but here's the real kicker. The American adaptation of Japanese horror Dark Water effectively draws on the terrifying case of Elisa Lam. Dahlia (Jennifer Connelly) and her daughter Cecilia (Ariel Gade) move into a new apartment, only to find black water leaking mysteriously from the ceiling. 

She investigates the leak and discovers some horrifying facts about a young girl who drowned in the water tank. These events are clearly reminiscent of Elisa Lam's story, but the names of Connelly and Gade's characters confirm the setting:

A man hurled a shoe at Naya Shakti Nepal Coordinator Baburam Bhattarai at the Prithvi Narayan Campus in Pokhara on Thursday.The former Prime Minister had reached the Campus to attend a programme organised by the Naya Shakti Nepal Student Union, Prithvi Narayan Campus Chapter this morning.According to SP Ghanshyam Aryal of the Kaski District Police Office, Sanjeev Bhattarai of Narayanpur VDC-7 of Kailali had flung the shoe from a distance at the Naya Shakti Nepal Coordinator.Sanjeev is a student of political science at the Campus.It has been learned that he had also shown a black flag and chanted slogans against the leader.Police said that they have detained Sanjeev following the incident.

KP Sharma Oli, today stressed on need to become change-oriented rather than being publicity driven for saving the country. Inaugurating the 12th General Assembly of Child Nepal, a non-government organisation working on child rights, former PM Oli said people from all walks of life should join hands for building the country. He urged all to work for change rather than being publicity oriented. He called for institutional and individual contribution for protecting children’s right rather than reliance on government’s sole contribution. 
On the occasion, Oli conferred the National Child Rights Award to Agatha Thapa, a campaigner for children’s primary development. CPN (UML) lawmaker, Rameshwor Funyal, emphasized on implementing the children’s rights which is enshrined in the constitution as a fundamental right.

Nepal's opposition parties on Friday obstructed the parliament for the second consecutive day, saying the Constitution amendment bill, aimed at carving out a new province to meet the demands of agitating Madhesis and other ethnic groups, is "against national interests". The continued protests by the opposition parties led by CPN-UML forced House Speaker Onsari Gharti Magar to reschedule the meeting for Sunday. The Parliament Secretariat had set the agenda of concluding general discussions on the impeachment motion against the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority Chief Lok Man Singh Karki for the meeting today.

KATHMANDU: The opposition parties continued House obstruction for the third consecutive day on Sunday. Parties including the main opposition CPN-UML have been protesting the Constitution amendment bill that the government registered at the House recently, claiming the proposal was against national interests. CPN-ML, Nepal Workers and Peasants Party, Rastriya Janamorcha and Nepa Rastriya Party have seconded the UML for the obstruction. As soon as the meeting began today, NWPP lawmaker Anuradha Thapa Magar sought time to speak and demanded that the government immediately withdraw the bill.
