Especially for Dr. Bhattarai as he is very strict on paying tax of house and maximum house rent tax are not paid by people due to which they hesitate to give rent to Bhattarai. Bhattarai has recently found a new house at Bishalnagar whose monthly rent is 1 lakh 10 thousand which is double rent than his previous house. According to source, Bhattarai and his wife Hisila Yami are planning to start a consultancy work to pay the rent of the house. They will start an engineering consultancy to pay rent of their house.
