Baburam Bhattrai create new promo for his party but using that photo by illegal process photo journalist said. The Attached picture was taken by me during the 2015 earthquake in Nepal shows- A Nepalese grandmother crying in front of her collapsed house as her granddaughter died after the house came down. Today, I’m surprise to see this picture in television promo of upcoming political party of Nepal which is led by former Prime Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattrai. Firstly, the Advertisement organization and Party itself didn’t ask for any verbal and written permission with me to use this picture and Secondly, during this promo a crying grandmother is claimed to be one of the poor woman of Nepal. As a photojournalist I think this looks very unprofessional and misleading. I would like to request Dr.Baburam Bhattrai, the press section of his party and authorized advertisement house of this promo to correct this mistake as soon as possible. Also pls do not use the works of people without their consent.
