Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has directed Nepal Electricity Authority chief Kulman Ghising to end powercuts in Kathmandu. The Prime Minister, who summoned Ghising to his residence in Baluwatar, told Ghising to come up with a plan to end powercuts in the capital. Following the meeting, Ghising told Onlinekhabar, “The Prime Minister told me that the government would support our efforts to end loadshedding in Kathmandu.” The Prime Minister’s press advisor Govinfda Acharya said the PM also directed Ghising to start a campaign to collect NEA’s unpaid dues.
