Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has directed Executive Director of Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), Kulmansing Ghising, to prepare a concrete draft so as to declare the Kathmandu Valley a load-shedding free zone. “ I am happy that my dream to make the Kathmandu Valley a load-shedding free zone is coming true,” said Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, after a meeting with Ghising who had gone to Baluwatar to meet the PM.
