The reason your legs cramp and turnover

Most of us has the problem of leg cramp and many people might not know why it happens. So you need to be careful in many things to prevent this problem.
Reasons
Lack of water: Due to lack of water there will be leg cramp. When there will be lack of water than there will be lack of nutrition. Due to lack of liquor and minerals the amount of electrolyte gets d@maged and this problem is seen.
Not sitting properly: We don’t care how we sit and due to this the position doesn’t get right and there will be pressure in only one part of the body and due to lack of nutrition on that part and lack of oxygen muscles get cramp.
Blood pressure: If there will be no proper blood pressure than the muscles gets cramp.
Lack of potassium: Due to lack of potassium the level of electrolyte gets harm and due to this cramp occurs.
Prevention
You shouldn’t tie with cloth when muscles gets cramp and you should sleep on the floor and turn upside and massage that muscles and you can tie with bandage lightly. You need to consult to the doctor if you get more problem. And you need to be conscious on your foods and balanced diet.
